When you join the challenge you will be able to take as many 30 min HIIT classes as you wish.
Our HIIT classes will have you in and out, in 30 minutes.
Our 28 day detox system is easy to follow and makes eating healthy, nutritious food easy.
You will be eating "Real Food" and eliminating any highly processed foods.
To help get you off on the right foot, we will be providing prepped meals for the first 7 days of the challenge.
We want you to relax and just focus during the first week. We hope that taking the stress of meal prepping away will do just that.
As a bonus, we will be giving you a 6 week all access pass to our entire facility.
This will allow you to try everything our gym has to offer, such as: Strength & Conditioning, Spartan Training, Trail Running, Nutrition Coaching, 30-Minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and Boxing.
To help keep everyone on track and successful during this challenge, I will be sending out daily text messages to check in.
This will help me, help you, stay connected, motivated, and accountable throughout the challenge.
