Macay’s Boxing & Bootcamps program is designed for people who want a unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. The 6 Week Challenge will teach you all the fundamentals of boxing and incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimen. The programs consist of challenging workouts that were developed to maximize fat loss, and get you in the best shape of your life.

What you will learn

You will be learning the dynamic techniques of boxing & muay thai for improved physical conditioning, health, coordination, discipline and self defense from pro-MMA fighter, Xavier Macay.

Xavier offers Boxing Boot Camps & Muay Thai Fitness Classes at Artillery Outlaws Strength & Conditioning. All classes are non-contact and open to all levels.

With Xavier’s background as a professional MMA fighter and current experience as a USA Boxing Certified coach, he brings a wealth of knowledge & experience to Artillery Outlaws Strength & Conditioning as well as the city of Vacaville.

Challenge Requirements

Must attend 3 classes per week minimum.

Must be willing to start from the ground up. We are here to teach and ensure proper form and technique to prevent injury.

Must enjoy or be open to working out in a group environment.

Must respect the rules of the gym. They’re in place to set the culture & safety and prevent injury.

Must be willing to modify all movements based on your personal fitness level.
