ARAW FIT’S Bootcamp Classes


ARAW FIT BOOTCAMP, coached by Allyson Roberts, consists of a mix of different workout styles that will constantly keep you on your toes. I am here for you whether you struggle with the motivation to get back into the swing of the gym life or need that drive to gain more muscle/lose unwanted body fat.

Each class is designed differently and you will hardly do the same workout twice. We focus on a variety of exercises ranging from body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, strength resistance bands, and much more.

This class is easily modified for any level of fitness. My goal is to help you succeed in all aspects of your fitness journey. We will push you to give your best each class and help you gain confidence, strength, agility, balance, and happiness in the gym!

This program is great for beginners who want to learn what their bodies can do and also advanced levels to change up your everyday routine and increase overall strength and endurance.
