Power Lifting Program

12 Week Power Lifting Cycle

This program is designed to teach proper form and technique in the following power lifting movements, squat, deadlift and bench press.


Our goal is ensure the basic fundamentals are perfected, from there we will continue build on the basics and advance technique and strength.


Our message is simple..., "Form first and weight will follow".

Program Details

Program Schedule & Structure

  • Classes will be held ever Saturday & Sunday at 9:00am.
  • Each class will be 90 minutes in length.
  • We Squat & Deadlift on Saturday.
  • We Bench Press on Sunday!
  • Lifting structure is based off of a 1 rep max in each lift.
  • There will be accessory work in this program that will include but is not limited to..., core work, dips, pull ups, floor press, sled pushes...,etc.
