Nearly anyone can finish a 6 Week Challenge. Including you. And our Outlaw Training program is a great way to prepare. Whether you have just discovered the athlete within, or are an established competitor, our program can give you the physical and mental capacity to take on whatever challenges are thrown your way, on and off the course.

The body weight-focused workouts are varied, novel and typically conducted in a group. In the Outlaw Training Program’s class structure, you bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint, squat and twist… exactly what your body has been designed to do for over thousands of years.

The Outlaw Training program will guide you in conquering physical and mental challenges in a group workout inspired by your coaches. Increase your strength, endurance, and mobility in this class with an innovative combination of resistance training, bodyweight moves, dynamic stretching and cardio-focused drills.

Thursday: 5:00am, 9:00am, 5:30pm & 6:30pm

Outlaw Nutrition

You get out of your body what you put into it. Eating right takes discipline, but the way you’ll feel mentally and physically is more than worth it so try to treat your body more like a temple and less like tent. We will teach you the five simple tenets to Spartan eating.

Requirements

Must attend 3 classes per week minimum.

 Must be willing to start from the ground up. We are here to teach and ensure proper form and technique to prevent injury.

 Must be openminded to following our Spartan nutrition guidlines.

Must enjoy or be open to working out in a small group environment.

Must respect the rules of the gym. They’re in place to set the culture & safety and prevent injury.

 Must be willing to modify all movements based on your personal fitness level.

Program Details

Each class is 60 minutes in length and is led by your coach. You are never on your own.

 

You will learn the foundational movements you need to be successful and reach your goals.

 

Learn proper form and technique in the following lifts and body weight movements -squats, lunges, running, push-ups, kettlebells, dumbbells, as well as, many other variations of athletic movements.

Our goal is to burn your unwanted body fat, and get you the results necessary to become a Finisher!
