Our Goal

Our goal at Artillery Outlaws Strength & Conditioning is to provide our members with a fun path to achieving their health and fitness goals. 

Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring or monotonous, it should be fun, varied and done with friends!

Getting Started

Getting started with our strength and conditioning training classes we ask that you be willing to start from the ground up. 

We are here to teach and ensure proper form and technique to prevent injury.

We understand trying something new can be unnerving and intimidating but we guarantee all of your fears will be put to rest as soon as you walk into your first class.

Class Schedules

Strength & Conditioning

Each of our strength training classes are 50 - 60 minutes in duration. All of our workouts can be modified for all fitness levels, so there is no need to worry about being a beginner.

 The truth is we all had to started somewhere. 

Classes are held every hour on the hour during the days and times below.

Monday - Friday

5:00am - 10:00am & 4:00pm - 8:00pm

Outlaw Boxing Club

Our Boxing Club is another great way to build speed, strength, stamina, and increase your overall fitness. 

Coach Sergio has been been a coach in Vacaville for over 30 years and his experience in training is second to none.

30 Min HIIT Classes

Below you will see out 30 minute HITT training class schedule. These classes will help build strength, tone up and improve your overall fitness level.

Monday - Friday

5:00am , 5:30am, 6:00am, 6:30am, 9:00am, 9:30am

6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm, 7:30pm

Spartan Training

No matter if you are looking to start training for your first OCR (obstacle course race) or you are a seasoned OCR racer.., our Spartan training program will help you build the strength and conditioning needed to increase your overall fitness.

Trail Running

When we are not participating in Spartan races and special events, we meet up and build strength on the trails.

We take our training from inside the gym.., to the beautiful hills of Pena Adobe trails in Vacaville.

These runs are will definitely test your fitness level.

Make sure to give us a call before showing up at the trails and being disappointed if we are not there.

Youth Fitness Classes

Our youth fitness training classes run from October - May. These classes help kids build a a foundation of strength and fitness. The classes are held in Vacaville, on the following day and times below.  

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

4:00pm - 5:00pm

Classes will start January 2020
