Must attend 3 classes per week minimum.

Must be willing to start from the ground up. We are here to teach and ensure proper form and technique to prevent injury.

Must enjoy or be open to working out in a small group environment.

Must respect the rules of the gym. They’re in place to set the culture & safety and prevent injury.

Must be willing to modify all movements based on your personal fitness level.

How the Challenge works:

Challenge includes unlimited access to not only our 6 Week New You foundation classes, we also include our Strength & Conditioning classes, Spartan SGX Bootcamp classes, and access to our boxing facility.

When you sign up for the Challenge and start the training program with us, we take a deep dive into your life and become your support system not only for coaching, but accountability.

We see that support and accountability are two of the biggest struggles when it comes to nutrition and fitness.

We want to make sure you have all the support you need while on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

Our online nutrition coaching introduces daily habits that start developing the skills it takes to live a healthier lifestyle.

We also offer an optional meal preparation service that would ensure all your meal are properly portioned and prepared for you every Sunday.

This will take away the stresses of shopping and wondering what to prepare for the week.

Every Sunday you will have the option of joining us during our meal preparation, where you can see how we prep food for the week and ask questions. 

*For this service their will be an additional weekly fee. 


How classes work:

  1. You will choose the class time and days you will be attending.
  2. .When you come in for each class you will sign in.
  3. Each class in 60 minuets.
  4. After class is completed you will put all equipment away and you are done.

 

Interviews & Facility Tour:

The interviews gives us the opportunity to meet you and show you around the facility, also to ensure that our program is a good fit for you.

We want to make sure that you feel comfortable with the facility and the coaches.

Workout program and details:

Strength & Conditioning Classes

Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of athletic experience.

The programing taps into all three metabolic pathways, where as other forms of physical activity only tap into one or two.

The workouts are short in duration but at high intensity. We take you out of your routine and out of your comfort zone because getting into a routine is the enemy!

Our strength & conditioning class features a daily WOD (workout of the day) for all of our classes. The clients come in and as a group, we go through our warm ups, strength, explain and demonstrate the WOD… then its 3, 2, 1 GO!!!

The average workout typically lasts up to 50 minutes from warm up to completion of the workout.

With the sport of functional training and the friendly group competition, you will be motivated to go harder.

The camaraderie with the other members is amazing. You build a strong bond with the people that go through the same struggles as you are.

Bootcamp with Coach Sarah & Frank

A mix of different workout styles that will constantly keep you on your toes. Each class is designed differently and you will hardly do the same workout twice.

We focus on a variety of exercises ranging from body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, strength resistance bands, and much more.

This class is easily modified for all level of fitness.

The coaches will push you to give your best at every class and help you gain confidence, strength, agility, balance, and look forward to the gym!

Boxing with Coach Sergio

The Outlaw Boxing Club is a specialized center for people who want a unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. We offers a boxing program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens.

The programs consist of challenging workouts that were developed to maximize fat loss, and get you in the best shape of your life.

Our boxing club has become so much more than just another gym. It’s a place where you’ll find COMMUNITY among positive, inspiring men and women who fight every day to create change in their bodies, their lives, and their mental strength.

It’s a place for ACCOUNTABILITY where passionate coaches really do care about you and your goals, and will do whatever it takes to help you accomplish them.


Our Nutrition Coaching Program Is Included:

We will be setting up weekly or bi weekly, one on one check check ins with you to help you stay on track and focused on your goals.
