Outlaw Boxing Club

Our Boxing Program teaches basic Boxing skills and techniques such as; stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook and various combinations. The program will increase strength and improve endurance. The program will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises.

You will develop so many other great skills from our Boxing program. Confidence is something that a lot of team sports cannot guarantee, but is a crucial aspect of Boxing.

Physical strength is another great tool that will help in everyday life. You will never have to worry about being out of shape. Strength and flexibility are key aspects of Boxing. They will come in handy for many other aspects of life and outdoor recreation.

Our goal is to build confidence, self-esteem, discipline, that you can carry throughout the course of your lives. We have created a comfortable training facility, as well as a supportive environment for all skill levels and all ages.

Must enjoy working in a group environment.

Vacaville Boxing facility is a place where hard work is
respected.

Must respect the rules of the gym. They’re in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give everyone the best experience possible.

What To Expect?
