Our youth fitness workshops teach kids the importance of teamwork, not only will be learning life skills of problem solving, but the will be having fun and getting a good workout in.
All though we do like the kids to have fun, we are not just hanging around like a monkey in the trees. We teach the kids about healthier food option, and why staying physically active is so important.
We always start the kids at ground zero to in sure the are learning the basic fundamentals movements of a fitness program. Squats, push ups, running, and more. This will insure safety and give the kids a strong foundation for physical activity.
